1st Thursday of the month at 12:30pm Online via Zoom - covering the health issues that are important to men ; heart health, testosterone, stress, anxiety, weight, mental health and more.
With an anonymous Q&A so men can ask the questions they'd never ask out loud.

In my NHS work as a Prison Doctor, I meet men every day who are struggling
Not because they're weak or they don't care - but because life has been hard and they haven’t received the care they need when they needed it
What I've learned from years of sitting facing men in difficult circumstances is :
